Absolutely Gorgeous of The Noble Quran

This is the first ever physical Quran I bought for myself. The quality is exquisite, the paper, the printing, the art, the cover, is stunning (see for yourself). It is quite heavy though and large so you will need to read it at a table, or perhaps purchase a Quran stand from here as well. Definitely too big and heavy to read in bed IMO.

The translation has quite a bit of explanation of the various verses, I.e quoting Ahadith, quoting Tafsir which is super handy for understanding the context whilst not having a formal education in Islam. In fact the notes and explanations have corrected some of my misinterpretations of the Quran from my previous just listening it on YouTube without any explanations.

I will say that my preference is for the Saheeh International Translation, but that has more to do with the fact that it uses less words so it’s easier to memorise the meaning.

This Quran I’d say however is best for general recitation (without tajweed since it doesn’t have any colour coding) and also someone looking for a version of the Quran with a decent bit of Explantion without it turning into a 10 volume Tafsir (exegesis).

I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase their first Quran or just want something more beautiful than a regular print; or something with *some* explanation.
